Employee Benefits

Our success is a direct result of our staff. Taking care of our staff is a number one priority. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan fully paid for by the company.

Health Insurance

  • Medical Coverage is provided under CareFirst HealthyBlue. You can choose your own provider and ITIC covers the annual premium and deductable. For the deductable, ITIC funds a Payflex Debit card that you can use during your doctor visits. The card can also be used for co-pays until the deductable is met.
  • Prescription coverage is also part of the plan.

Dental Insurance

  • Dental Coverage is provided under CareFirst Dental (choose your own provider).

Vision Insurance

  • Vision Coverage is provided under CareFirst Vision (choose your own provider).

Group Term Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance

  • Short & Long-term disability insurance is provided under Mutual of Omaha.
  • Life Insurance and AD&D at provided at 1x your annual salary up to $200,000.00. Also provided under Mutual of Omaha.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

  • Provided for employees to defer taxes for Medical/Dental and Dependent Care costs.

Holidays

  • 10 paid holidays (6 core, 4 floating)

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • PTO is accrued and new employees are eligible for 4 weeks of paid time off per calendar year.
  • 5 weeks paid time off after 5 years of service.
  • 6 weeks paid time off after 10 years of service.
  • Employees can carry over up to the equivalent of one year's PTO each year. Any hours over the limit are paid out on an annual basis.

401(k) Matching Retirement Plan

  • Employees become eligible after 30 days of employment. ITIC will match up to 4% of employees annual salary and vesting is immediate.

Discretionary Retirement Plan

  • Employees become eligible after 1 year of employment and full participation (4%) in the 401(k) Matching Retirement Plan. ITIC provides a Discretionary Retirement Contribution of up to 6% of employee's salary per year. The contribution is paid out in cash semi-annually for your personal retirement investment.

Professional Development Programs

  • ITIC provides up to 3K per employee each anniversary Year for career related Tuition Reimbursement for College Courses, Vendor Training, and Conferences & Seminars. Eligibility starts after one year of service.
